First attempt

This is a first attempt at setting up a blog website to chronicle my upcoming travel from Mombasa to Rio on Orient Lines ship the Marco Polo.
All this is taking place after spending a pleasant week in Chicago at the American College of Surgeons Clinical Congress. Several thousand surgeons attend and it is a three ring cicus.
